Returns and Exchanges

According to Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and the Council on consumer rights, the Client has the right to return the product to the Vendor within 14 (fourteen) days after receiving the product without providing a reason. Expenses arising from returning the product to the Vendor are covered by the Client. The Client can return the product to the Vendor within 14 (fourteen) days of reception; the Vendor is obliged to return the Client money within 14 (fourteen) days after receiving the returned product.

ALANDEKO recommends that clients within 14 days after receiving the product check it for damage or other inefficiencies and contact us should they wish to return the product.

When returning the product, please pack the product back in its original packaging.

Please note that a courier is responsible for product’s external damage only and not its contents.

ALANDEKO has the right to refuse to accept a returned product if the receipt proving the purchase cannot be produced, or the product has been used or damaged.
After returning the product, your money will be transferred back to your bank account.

Products purchased in ALANDEKO physical stores are not subject to the 14-day right of return. The right of return does not apply to goods reserved in the online store for pickup in a physical store, payment for which is made in the physical store at the time of pickup. Please check the quality and suitability of the goods before paying at the physical store.
