1. General Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions, hereafter referred to as Terms of Use, set out the procedures for using our website www.alandeko.com. You agree that these Terms and Conditions constitute an agreement between you and ALANDEKO in relation to your using the website www.alandeko.com and its content.

1.1. The User should be a legally capable private individual or a legal entity. Persons aged 14 to 18 can use our service provided they have a permission from their parents or a legal guardian except when a purchase is made for their own financial means.

1.2. When purchasing products at www.alandeko.com, these Terms of Use are deemed a legally binding document that defines rights and obligations of both sides in relation to product purchase, payment, product delivery and return policy.

1.3. By purchasing products at www.alandeko.com it is assumed you have read with the Terms of Use and agree to them. By agreeing to the Terms of Use you confirm you have the legal right to register and purchase products at www.alandeko.com

1.4. ALANDEKO has the right to change or specify these Terms, publishing respective changes on its website and identifying the date of the latest the changes. Any changes made to these Terms and Conditions come into force upon their publishing. By continuing to use the website after the implementation of changes to the Terms of Use you automatically agree to these changes. 

1.5. ALANDEKO reserves the right to change product pricing, or fix products with a special price. Products are sold at prices fixed at the moment of ordering.

2.   Protection of Personal Data

ALANDEKO respects the privacy of all our customers . We take great care in protecting our customers’ rights and liberties, especially in regard to personal privacy and data processing, as stipulated by the Directive 95/46/EC of the European Parliament and the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and the Personal Data Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia.

3.   Purchase Agreement

A purchase agreement is deemed valid from the moment you proceed to Payment after selecting a product for purchase. You are expected to make a timely payment for your selected product in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the Terms of Use. Purchase agreements are registered and stored on the ALANDEKO database.

ALANDEKO provides delivery to your stated address according to conditions set out in section 5, Delivery Info.

4.  Prices and Payment methods

4.1. Product prices shown on the website are indicated in euros and include VAT defined by the corresponding legislation of the Republic of Latvia.

4.2. You can pay for products using:

·         Wire transfer

·         Debit or credit card

5.   Delivery

Delivery service is provided by DPD, an authorized ALANDEKO partner; when you choose the product to be delivered by a courier you have to provide a correct address.

Upon reception the client must check the product for concordance and sign a delivery invoice. By signing the invoice you confirm the product has been delivered in good condition. Should your shipment be delivered torn, wet, or otherwise externally damaged, please acknowledge the fact in the delivery documentation or prepare a separate document describing the damage. It must be done in the presence of the courier. ALANDEKO is not responsible for the damage discovered at the moment of delivery but not indicated in delivery documentation.

6.   Product Quality

All information about a product is provided in the product description. Products sold at www.alandeko.com have a certain warranty period in accordance with the corresponding legislation.

7.   Return Policy

According to Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and the Council on consumer rights, the Client has the right to return the product to the Vendor within 14 (fourteen) days after receiving the product without providing a reason. Expenses arising from returning the product to the Vendor are covered by the Client. The Client can return the product to the Vendor within 14 (fourteen) days of reception; the Vendor is obliged to return the Client money within 14 (fourteen) days after receiving the returned product.

Additional Terms

Relations between you and ALANDEKO are regulated by these Terms of Use as well as the corresponding legislation of the Republic of Latvia.

Should you have any questions or objections, please contact our staff by phone or email. All disagreements will be dealt with by way of negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be referred to the court of law in accordance with the corresponding legislation of the Republic of Latvia.
