Order & Payment

You can place an order in the ALANDEKO online store at any time of day. Orders are processed on business days from 9:00 to 17:00.

All prices include value added tax. The delivery cost is not included — you will see it at the checkout step. Promotional prices apply to every customer. Stock figures are indicative; if an item is unavailable, you can request an email notification and we will let you know as soon as it is back in stock.

Payment methods

Payment by bank transfer

We send an invoice to the email address you provide, which you can pay from your online bank. We prepare the goods for dispatch as soon as the payment reaches the account of SIA „ALAN Ltd“.

Direct bank payment

Pay online through your bank in a few clicks. Payments are handled by NeoPay, an international payment initiation service provider connected to all major banks.

Payment card

Pay with a Visa or Mastercard payment card. Card payments are securely processed by our partner EveryPay.
